Pinot Noir – Vista Grande Vineyard 2019 – Chehalem Mountains, OR

Fresh raspberry and tart cranberry highlighted by spice, cola and a hint of chai.  Limited to 480 bottles.

We love this east-facing site, with volcanic and sedimentary soils, situated on an ancient riverbed. The high elevation preserves acidity and maintains freshness. We love how bright and elegant the wines are from this vineyard – nuanced and complex. The vines were planted in 1998/1999 and the vineyard is less than five acres in size, organically farmed by Doug and Kate Christensen.

Syrah – Lewis Vineyard 2019 – Columbia Gorge, OR

Rhubarb, blueberry with notes of pepper.  Limited to 900 bottles.

We have had many fortunate opportunities along this journey, one being that we were able to source this Syrah from the Columbia Gorge. Facing southeast along Mill Creek, these four acres produce a beautiful Syrah with wonderful acidity and supple tannins. Lonnie Wright has farmed this vineyard for over 20 years, and the vines have really settled in to produce world class wine.
